What do these rates include?

The rates listed above are for 1 roaming photographer unless otherwise stated in your unique contract.

Some events may require multiple photographers to ensure must have requirements are achievable and may change rates. 

Venue lighting, props, backdrops, photo booths and custom decorations are available at an additional charge.

What are Commercial Events and how do they differ from Personal Events?

Commercial Events are defined by events requested from a Business, City , State or Charitable Organization. 

What are the Payment Terms for Commercial Events?

Per our Contracts, most event fees are due Day of Event. Some Repeat Vendors are allowed 15 to 30 Net. Please be sure to ask about Rate Terms before booking 

How can I pay

We offer a fully automated system to pay using QuickBooks. Once an Estimate is sent you can Activate the Estimate and convert it to an official invoice. From there you can pay by most common methods available today including, EFT, ACH, Credit or Debit card, Paypal or Venmo.

Do you do Re-Shoots

No. We do not offer re-shoots. Once the session is complete. The transaction is fulfilled.

RELEASE AGREEMENT

"Photo releases" and  "Behind the scenes" content creation by Clips Photography & Videography agreement is implied unless otherwise requested at the time of contract or restricted by a filed NDA terms.
