If you little one has any food allergies, we recommend you supplying the cake, We are not responsible for any food related illness or reactions to the cake smash sessions.
What is a sitting fee ?
A sitting fee is a one-time charge for reserving your time and setting up for the photoshoot, ensuring we have everything ready to capture the perfect shots just for you. It covers the time spent planning, preparing, and shooting!
What is Not Included in the sitting fee?
The sitting fee doesn’t include the cost of prints or any additional products like albums or canvases. It’s just for the time spent preparing and executing the shoot. Once the session is complete, you can always add additional digital images or prints.
What are the Payment Terms?
As a rule of thumb, 50% is due at booking and is not refundable under any circumstances. (1 Re-Schedule is acceptable not later than 2 weeks from session date). Remaining 50% is due 48 Hrs Prior to session.
Do you do Re-Shoots
No. We do not offer re-shoots. Once the session is complete. The transaction is fulfilled.

** Local means in the greater Antelope Valley Area. Work outside a 20 mile radius of Downtown Lancaster is considered travel work.

RELEASE AGREEMENT
"Photo releases" and "Behind the scenes" content agreement are implied unless otherwise requested at the time of contract.
We do shoot larger groups and multiple family sessions at an additional charge.
